If these Website Terms conflict with a signed engagement letter concerning professional services, the engagement letter controls with respect to those services.
Services not specifically included in an engagement are not included merely because they are described on this website.
SECTION 4 - No Guarantee of Tax Savings or Outcomes
Choose Love Solutions® does not guarantee any particular tax savings, refund amount, tax liability, IRS resolution, audit result, penalty reduction, Offer in Compromise acceptance, collection outcome, business result, or financial outcome.
Recommendations and available options depend on the client's facts, records, applicable tax law, filing and compliance history, financial circumstances, and other relevant information.
Past results, testimonials, examples, case studies, educational illustrations, or descriptions of strategies do not guarantee similar results for another client.
SECTION 5 - IRS Representation and Tax Resolution
Information on this website concerning IRS notices, tax debt, audits, collections, installment agreements, penalty relief, Offers in Compromise, Currently Not Collectible status, or other IRS matters is general information only.

SECTION 8 - Fees, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Fees for professional services are governed by the applicable engagement letter or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable engagement agreement, fees paid for professional services compensate Choose Love Solutions, LLC for work performed, professional time reserved, resources committed, and services provided.
Refund eligibility, if any, will depend upon the applicable engagement agreement, the type of service purchased, the amount of work already performed, and any other terms communicated at the time of engagement.
Fees for completed services, work already performed, or services specifically designated as nonrefundable are not refundable except as required by law or expressly provided in the applicable engagement agreement.
Digital products, downloadable materials, recorded educational content, masterclasses, and similar immediately accessible products or services are generally nonrefundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise stated at purchase or required by law.
If a client wishes to discontinue professional services, the client should provide written notice. Any outstanding fees, work performed through the termination date, return of client records, and other termination matters will be handled according to the applicable engagement letter.
SECTION 9 - Scheduling, Discovery Sessions and Consultations
Scheduling a Discovery Session or other introductory conversation does not guarantee acceptance as a client or eligibility for a particular Choose Love Solutions® service.
Discovery Sessions are intended to help us understand the reason for the inquiry and determine what type of service or next step may be appropriate.
Choose Love Solutions, LLC reserves the right to determine whether an engagement is appropriate based on scope, capacity, professional requirements, conflicts, client cooperation, and other relevant considerations.
